Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job located in Achrafieh for a contracting company and covers:
- Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger
- Assist with wages processing and related HR functions
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence
- Purchase Orders delivery monitor
- Support senior management with various office tasks and projects
- Coordinate and relay information to appropriate departments and individuals as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Fluent in English
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A degree in Accounting, Business Administration
