Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
-
Manage and reconcile petty cash for assigned departments and entities.
-
Process payments for utilities and service charges via approved platforms (e.g., PEMO).
-
Record and post various payment transactions, including utilities, fleet expenses, and payment gateway receipts, in the financial systems.
-
Handle and account for petty cash transactions across different company divisions.
-
Maintain accurate records of cash security deposit transactions in the Property Management System (PMS).
-
Support the finance team with payment processing and basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
-
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-
Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in an accounting role, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or property management industry

Solid knowledge of accounting regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS)

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
