We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant & Financial Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role involves supporting business decisions through accurate reporting and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost control.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Prepare tax filings and ensure timely submission as per regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors on financial matters.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and reports.br>

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3 7 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience in UAE or GCC is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting standards such as IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.br>
