Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation using Tally software.
- Reconcile accounts and balance sheets to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts, and perform data entry operations in Tally.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic audits and assist with the preparation for external audits.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial data.
Desired Candidate Profile
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles, including Tally and ERP
Experience with creating financial statements
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
