Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records
• Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Handle data entry into Tally / Excel / accounting software
• Coordinate with suppliers, delivery staff, and customers
• Manage office files, documents, and administrative paperwork
• Answer phone calls, emails, and provide internal office support
• Perform general clerical and admin tasks as required

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in admin or accounts roles (preferably in UAE)
• Knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or Excel is a must
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
• UAE experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Must be available to join immediately or within short notice
