Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable & accounts receivable (AP/AR)

  • Invoice processing, validation & reconciliation

  • Purchase order creation, tracking & matching

  • Payment processing (EFT, ACH, checks, online banking)

  • Vendor & customer account management

  • Bank and credit card reconciliations

  • Expense tracking & cost allocation

  • Basic payroll support & statutory payments

  • Financial record keeping & audit readiness Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and Excel

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced understanding.

  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) demonstrating expertise and commitment to the accounting profession.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a corporate environment or specific industry.

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

  • Must be based in UAE

  • Must Speak English fluently
