About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with strong experience in accounting software. She should be Qualified CMA or CA With more than three years experience in UAE. The selected candidate will handle accounting operations for both our main company and its sister company, and must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Record, update, and manage financial transactions in Accounting software. Handle invoicing, receipts, payments, and expense entries Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform supplier, customer, and bank reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain organized documentation and records for both companies Prepare basic financial statements and reports as required Manage petty cash, expense claims, and reimbursements Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and supporting documentation Assist with VAT calculations, filing, and compliance (if applicable) Support audit requirements by providing requested documents Handle additional accounting and administrative tasks across both entities Requirements Please do not apply if you are not experienced in UAE for three years Please do not apply if you are not CMA or CA qualified Accountant with experience of Financial reporting in UAE with VAT and Corporate taxMBA graduate Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage tasks for multiple companies Good knowledge of accounting principles High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with UAE VAT compliance Experience working with multiple entities/sister companies Ability to generate reports within Odoo Benefits Reasonable salary package Annual leave and UAE public holidays Professional development and growth opportunities
