Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing application of IFRS 15, ensuring accurate revenue recognition across diverse contracts.
  • Analyze complex contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition method and prepare detailed accounting memos.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements related to revenue, focusing on IFRS 15 compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, and Operations) to gather necessary data and ensure accurate revenue reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years specifically focused on IFRS 15 implementation and application.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of IFRS 15, including practical application and interpretation of the standard.
  • Exhibits strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex contracts and financial data.
