Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Record and monitor daily accounting transactions
Prepare invoices, payments, and basic financial reports
Handle supplier accounts and reconcile statements
Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotations, and purchase orders
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and best pricing
Maintain accurate records for accounting and procurement processes
Support management with reports and documentation as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Previous experience in accounting and/or purchasing is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office; accounting software experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
