Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do

  • Develop and implement accounting and taxation strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure integrity in financial transactions
  • Oversee preparation of financial statements and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage all aspects of tax reporting, planning, and compliance with applicable regulations
  • Support senior management with financial insights, analysis, and decision-making tools
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls to improve efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to FAB s internal policies, financial standards, and external regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies and operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred)

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and taxation

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax compliance regulations

Proven experience in audit management and issue resolution

Proficiency in budgeting, financial performance tracking, and internal controls

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
