Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Enter accounting transactions (customer and supplier invoices).
  • Classify and archive accounting documents.
  • Check the invoices and purchase orders.
  • Track payments and receipts.
  • Prepare the bank reconciliation statements.
  • Participate in the preparation of tax and social security declarations.
  • Assist the accountant in preparing balance sheets and financial statements.
  • Update the tracking spreadsheets (Excel or accounting software).

  • Basic knowledge of general accounting.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, accounting software).
  • Rigour and organisation.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a team.
