Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing financial reporting, audit processes, consolidation activities, ERP implementation, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. The position will report directly to the Finance Manager in Amman, with a secondary reporting line to the CFO.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CMA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in fertilizer trading, distribution, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of OHADA, IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations.
Proven experience with ERP implementation and financial systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exposure to the African market is a huge advantage.
A good command of French, both spoken and written
