Roles & Responsibilities
Finance Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Executive to support daily financial operations and reporting activities. The role will assist in managing accounting processes, financial records, reconciliations, and compliance tasks while ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely execution of all finance-related responsibilities.
Proficiency in Al Ameen Accounting Software is mandatory for this role.
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
Record daily financial transactions accurately in Al Ameen software
Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account records
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes
Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
Financial Administration
Track expenses, payments, and invoices
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Verify financial documents and supporting records
Ensure accurate filing and documentation
Compliance & Accuracy
Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency
Follow internal financial procedures and controls
Support audits and compliance checks
Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Reporting & Support
Prepare financial summaries and internal reports
Assist Finance Manager with analysis and reconciliations
Support budgeting and financial tracking activities
Flag discrepancies or irregularities immediately

The ideal candidate should:

Be organized and methodical in work approach
Be reliable and deadline-driven
Be discreet and trustworthy with financial data
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
2–5 years experience in Accounting or Finance roles
Mandatory experience using Al Ameen Accounting Software
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets
Fluent in English
Arabic is a plus
Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Success Indicators
Performance will be evaluated based on:
Accuracy of financial records
Timeliness of reporting
Reconciliation precision
Compliance with procedures
Responsiveness to Finance Manager requests
