Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to present to stakeholders, aiding in strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and deliverables.
Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
Utilize strong VAT (Value Added Tax) knowledge, ensuring accurate compliance, reporting, and support in financial processes related to VAT regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required for foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role is essential for industry expertise.
- Certifications such as Certified Account Manager (CAM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly advantageous.
