Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Present seasonal collections and product lines to buyers, effectively communicating brand vision and product features.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with retailers to maximize profitability and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage and oversee the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the fashion footwear industry.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the fashion footwear market, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Must be fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Exhibits a passion for fashion footwear and a keen eye for detail and design.
