Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Present seasonal collections and product lines to buyers, effectively communicating brand vision and product features.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with retailers to maximize profitability and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage and oversee the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the fashion footwear industry.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of the fashion footwear market, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Must be fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Exhibits a passion for fashion footwear and a keen eye for detail and design.
