Accounts Payable Manager SOFITEL

1. Missions:

• The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for processing, controlling, and monitoring all supplier invoices for the establishment. They ensure the accuracy of accounting records, compliance with Accor's internal procedures and payment deadlines, with a focus on compliance and optimizing supplier relationships.

2. Main Responsibilities

• Processing of supplier invoices:
• Receiving, verifying and recording invoices
• Checking for compliance with purchase orders and delivery notes
• Correct accounting allocation of expenses

Payment management:

• Preparation of supplier payment campaigns
• Compliance with payment deadlines
• Monitoring of internal approvals before payment

Monitoring and analysis of supplier accounts:

• Account reconciliation and justification
• Analysis of suppliers' aging balances
• Managing disputes and supplier follow-ups

Accounting closings:

• Participation in monthly and annual closings
• Accounting for provisions and accrued expenses
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts

Internal control and compliance:

• Compliance with Accor Group accounting procedures
• Contribution to internal and external audits
• Ensures the proper application of internal control rules
