Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts by ensuring timely invoicing, payment collection, and dispute resolution to maintain cash flow.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action to uphold financial accuracy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all receivables inquiries.
- Analyze account aging reports to prioritize collections efforts and establish payment plans for delinquent accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in financial principles.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable, demonstrating a track record of effective collections.
- Certifications such as Certified Accounts Receivable Professional (CARP) or similar qualifications are highly desirable.
- Experience in the finance or manufacturing industry, where understanding complex invoicing is crucial, is a plus.
