Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facilities maintenance to create an efficient and productive workspace.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, from posting job openings to screening resumes and scheduling interviews, to attract top talent.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, providing support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits.
  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to promote a positive work environment.
