Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facilities maintenance to create an efficient and productive workspace.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, from posting job openings to screening resumes and scheduling interviews, to attract top talent.
- Administer employee benefits programs, providing support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to promote a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
- Assist in the performance management process, including performance reviews and goal setting to enhance employee productivity.
- Organize and coordinate company events and activities to boost employee morale and foster a sense of community.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, demonstrating a proven track record.
