Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations

  2. Maintain employee records, documentation, and filing systems

  3. Handle attendance, time office, and leave management

  4. Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding process

  5. Manage payroll inputs, overtime, and employee data

  6. Handle employee relations, grievances, and welfare activities

  7. Coordinate with PRO for visa processing and documentation

  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

  9. Supervise camp administration, accommodation, and transportation

  10. Support management with reports and HR/admin activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  2. 8–10 years of experience in HR & Administration roles

  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance

  4. Experience in payroll processing, attendance, and employee records management

  5. Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding

  6. Experience in visa processing and coordination with PRO

  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills

  8. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

  9. Experience in GCC countries preferred (Oman experience is an advantage)

  10. Ability to handle employee relations and workplace issues

  11. Experience in camp administration is an added advantage

  12. Knowledge of English and Hindi required; Arabic preferred

  13. Oman driving license is a plus

  14. Immediate joiners preferred
