Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations by organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments, ensuring executives are always prepared and informed.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring that all documents adhere to company standards and are error-free.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, creating a welcoming environment and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and organized for quick retrieval.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field, providing foundational knowledge for administrative tasks.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, showcasing familiarity with office protocols and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, enabling efficient data management and presentation creation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
