Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify and address client issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams while keeping clients informed of progress.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service requests, and resolutions within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting and provide technical support for software and hardware issues, guiding clients through problem-solving steps.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a foundation of knowledge and skills.

  • Has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client support or a related role, with a proven track record of handling client interactions effectively.

  • Experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
