Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
ARLA Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Coordinator to join our team in Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt.
Coordinate daily administrative operations.
Manage office supplies and vendor communications.
Organize meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
Support different departments with administrative tasks.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
