Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management:

  • Maintain and update daily accounting records, ledgers, journals, and ensure timely data entry.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, handle accounts payable & receivable, and monitor outstanding dues.
  • Manage petty cash transactions, reconcile statements, and prepare accurate petty cash reports.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure alignment with company ledgers.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management.
  • Process monthly payroll, prepare WPS files, handle end-of-service computations, and keep employee salary records.
  • Ensure accurate and timely VAT calculations, submissions to the FTA, and handle any VAT inspections or audits.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure all supporting documents are organized and up to date. - Liaise with banks for company accounts, cheques, online payments, and maintain healthy banking relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized, clean, and professional work environment.
  • Maintain and renew critical documents such as trade licenses, RERA registrations, office Ejari, and Trakheesi certificates.
  • Prepare and maintain company correspondence, agreements, proposals, MOU documents, and organize digital and hardcopy filing systems.
  • Keep accurate records of employee documents including visas, Emirates IDs, passports, and coordinate with PROs for renewals or cancellations.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, procure stationery, and oversee general office maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and assist in scheduling property viewings or closings.
  • Greet walk-in clients and visitors, handle incoming calls, emails, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai DET and RERA regulations including proper signage, price displays, and customer protection notices.
  • Assist with internal HR tasks like leave tracking, onboarding paperwork, and maintaining employee records.
  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents by preparing listing agreements, commission sheets, and DLD forms.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

  • - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar admin and accounting role in the UAE (real estate experience is an advantage).
  • - Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, WPS, and general Dubai commercial compliance requirements.
  • -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho or similar).
