Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure the smooth, compliant, and cost-effective functioning of the Visa Application Centre (VAC) by managing facilities, logistics, vendors, office administration, and staff welfare.
Duties:
- Manages the day-to-day administrative and facility operations of the Visa Application Centre, ensuring a safe, clean, and fully functional working environment.
- Control administrative and facility costs within approved budgets.
- Oversees vendor management, including housekeeping, security, courier, maintenance, and office suppliers.
- Controls office assets, inventory, uniforms, and consumables to prevent wastage and shortages.
- Manages facility maintenance, utilities, and repairs to ensure uninterrupted VAC operations.
- Supports new centre setups, relocations, and refurbishments.
- Coordinates travel, accommodation, ID cards, access badges, and staff welfare services.
- Maintains administrative records, contracts, and service agreements and shortages.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, fire, and building regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
8-12 years in administration, facilities, or operations 3 5 years in a managerial role Experience in service, BPO, government services, or high-volume operations preferred Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
