Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end operations of multiple labour accommodation camps, ensuring smooth daily functioning and compliance with company standards.

  2. Supervise Camp Bosses, supervisors, and support staff, ensuring discipline, performance, and service quality across all camp locations.

  3. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of camp facilities including accommodation blocks, kitchens, offices, and common areas.

  4. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of MEP systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and water systems.

  5. Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards within the camps; conduct safety inspections, drills, and emergency response planning.

  6. Manage catering and hospitality services including food quality, hygiene standards, menu planning, inventory control, and cafeteria operations.

  7. Coordinate logistics related to room allocation, manpower arrivals and departures, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation arrangements.

  8. Monitor camp inventory, control consumables, and prepare cost, consumption, and operational reports.

  9. Handle administrative duties including record maintenance, staff attendance, vendor coordination, and compliance documentation.

  10. Ensure the welfare, well-being, and living standards of camp residents; address grievances and issues in a timely and professional manner.

  11. Ensure compliance with UAE labour accommodation regulations and relevant local authority requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Professional Experience:
    Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as a Camp Manager / Camp Accommodation Manager, with hands-on responsibility for large-capacity labour camps and multi-site operations.

  2. Educational Qualification:
    Graduate in any discipline.

  3. Certifications & Training (Preferred):

    • Food Safety Training

    • HACCP Level 4 certification

  4. Licensing:
    Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.

  5. Additional Preference:
    Ex-Service personnel will be given preference.

  6. Core Competencies:
    Strong leadership, operational control, HSE awareness, and the ability to manage large teams and multiple facilities efficiently.
