Key Responsibilities:
Handling HR administrative tasks and documentation
Maintaining and organizing employee records
Processing and renewing residency permits (Iqama)
Coordinating with government authorities (PAM, Immigration, etc.)
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Assisting with day-to-day HR operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role
Good knowledge of residency renewal procedures in Kuwait
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
