Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Administrator will manage daily administrative operations for a Veterinary Support Center in Qatar. The role includes coordinating with internal departments, maintaining documentation, supporting operational tasks, and ensuring effective communication between management, veterinary staff, trainers, and other support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative activities between management, veterinarian, trainers, accountant, storekeeper, and PRO.
- Manage documentation, attendance tracking, filing systems, and administrative records.
- Handle purchasing follow-ups, supplier coordination, and delivery monitoring.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and preparation of periodic reports.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide logistical and general administrative support as required.
- Apply knowledge of horse operations or veterinary/stable workflows when relevant.
- Ensure proper adherence to organizational procedures and accurate record-keeping.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or coordination roles.
- Experience in stud farms, equestrian centers, or veterinary clinics is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and basic administrative systems.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Locally available candidates with a valid visa and QID are preferred
