Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

IT Responsibilities:

  • Manage company network, servers, and systems

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware & software

  • Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support

  • Manage email systems, data backup, and cybersecurity

  • Maintain IT inventory and licenses

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations and facilities management

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers

  • Maintain company records and documentation

  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in IT support / system administration preferable Female/Filipino
