Roles & Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and office coordination.
Communicate professionally with Arabic-speaking clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and schedules.
Support operations, HR, finance, and facility management functions.
Assist management during local and international travel for projects and client visits.
Desired Candidate Profile
Affordable Group of Companies is seeking a proactive Arabic-speaking female Admin & Operation Assistant to support daily office operations, coordinate internal teams, and manage client communication. The candidate must be flexible and willing to travel inside and outside the UAE for business meetings, project visits, and operational support. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in administration, operations, and office coordination in corporate or project-based environments.
