Roles & Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and office coordination.

Communicate professionally with Arabic-speaking clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and schedules.

Support operations, HR, finance, and facility management functions.

Assist management during local and international travel for projects and client visits.

The candidate must be flexible and willing to travel inside and outside the UAE for business meetings, project visits, and operational support.
