Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient resource allocation.
- Drive sales initiatives by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets within the UAE market.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers, focusing on attracting Emirati talent.
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Provide comprehensive HR support, addressing employee inquiries, managing performance evaluations, and resolving workplace issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Hold relevant certifications in HR or Sales, such as SHRM-CP or a Sales Professional Certification.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, sales, or HR roles within the UAE market.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of the UAE's business landscape, cultural nuances, and employment laws.
- Be a UAE national (Emirati) with a strong network within the local community.
