Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across UAE markets.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry platforms. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and follow-up until deal closure.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates in CRM as per company policy.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction. Coordinate with finance and operations for contract processing, invoicing, and delivery timelines.

  • Marketing Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with UAE market trends. Create marketing content, social media posts, and promotional materials. Manage online platforms (website, social media, listing portals) for brand visibility.

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis within UAE industry sectors. Assist in planning and managing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the UAE (preferably in services industries).

Technical Skills Strong knowledge of UAE market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms. Ability to create marketing content, social media campaigns, and basic graphic tasks.

Sales Skills Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the UAE. Ability to generate leads independently and build long-term client relationships.

Personal Attributes Result-driven, proactive, and confident personality. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Professional appearance and strong customer service ethics.
