Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update records, files, and databases
• Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document management
• Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone calls
• Prepare reports and basic documents as required
• Support other departments with administrative and clerical tasks
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
• Follow company procedures and office protocols


Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
