Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, type, format, and proofread letters, reports, and other required documents.
  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming correspondence from clients, stakeholders, and internal departments.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars as required.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative processes.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Commerce, or a related field.

Preferred Experience: Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in administrative, clerical, or office support role.

Technical Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong typing and document formatting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.
