Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven track record of successful client relationship / branding strategy management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and following up with company internal relevant department to resolve any issues that arise. Understand clients' requirements and preferences to provide tailored service and solutions. Prepare and present reports Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand client base and promote company services. Monitor and track client feedback and satisfaction levels to continuously improve services and business relationships. Attending Project Signing Ceremonies, organizing photoshoots Sourcing advertising opportunities Managing the production of marketing materials, writing and proofreading Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies Liaise with event organizers and ensure a smooth participation at planned events Conceive and develop newsletters to target specific segments Perform related tasks as assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent English-speaking mandatory, Arabic speaking is preferable, not mandatory Self-motivated & ability to initiate independently Job will involve independent frequent travel to Clients Offices, candidate with D/L is preferable, not mandatory. All transportation expenses shall be paid by Company. Should be proficient in MS Office Applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) Good presentation, written & communication skills Previous experience as Real Estate Agent is preferable Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in client relationship management within the real estate / Construction industry. Strong understanding of real estate market trends and practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite. Arabic (Preferred)
