Roles & Responsibilities

 Routine administrative management:

  • To ensure the processing of mail (receiving, sending, filing).
  • To draft, type and format administrative documents (letters, reports, memos)
  • Keep personnel files, registers and archives up to date.

Assisting management and internal coordination:

  • Organize meetings, appointments.
  • To welcome, guide and inform visitors and interlocutors.
  • To ensure the transmission of information between the different departments.

Formation et comp tences :

  • My proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Personal qualities:

  • Strong organizational skills, meticulousness, and discretion.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
