Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain executive or team calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments

  2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

  3. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed

  4. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

  5. Order office supplies and manage inventory

  6. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports

  7. Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas and minutes

  8. Support HR or finance tasks as needed (onboarding paperwork, invoice processing, etc.)

  9. Handle confidential information with discretion

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience with office management tools

  2. Basic bookkeeping or data entry experience

  3. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  4. Customer service experience
