Roles & Responsibilities
Location: Egypt - Full time and Hybrid
Level: Junior-Level (1 3 Years of Experience)

If so, you may be the perfect fit for our growing team. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support organizational operations, coordination, and internal administration, contributing to an efficient and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and team members, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including responding to inquiries, scheduling calls, and managing email correspondence.
- Support the organization and logistics of meetings, webinars, training sessions, and events.
- Assist with data entry, database maintenance, and record management to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and consultants as required to support operational needs.
- Track administrative tasks, deadlines, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
- Support human resources and recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and personnel record management.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, Communications, International Development, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, office management, or executive support role.
- Experience working with international organizations, consulting firms, NGOs, or development-sector organizations is an asset.
- Experience coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and supporting teams in a professional environment.
Job Requirements and Skills Required
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Demonstrates flexibility, initiative, and strong teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
