Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, filing systems, and office documentation

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Support HR with data entry and record-keeping tasks

Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.

Ensure the office environment is clean, well-organized, and welcoming

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
