Roles & Responsibilities

Reception & Office Management

  • Welcome and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and front-desk activities
  • Receive, record, and distribute courier shipments, mail, and invoices
  • Maintain reception and office areas in a clean, organized, and professional condition
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies across offices and showrooms
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and internal schedules
  • Maintain calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support to management and departments when required
  • Coordinate internal communications and support corporate initiatives

Customer Experience & Relationship Support

Support consistent and professional customer engagement across communication channels.

  • Support the Regional Customer Experience team in managing customer inquiries and complaints received through social media and other platforms
  • Coordinate internally with relevant departments to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer requests and concerns
  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of customer communications and actions taken
  • Assist in monitoring response timelines to ensure adherence to service standards
  • Contribute to maintaining a consistent, professional customer communication approach aligned with brand guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field

3 5 years of experience in administration, office coordination, or a similar role

Strong knowledge of office management practices and administrative procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
