Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization’s goals, driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by crafting targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates across diverse channels.
- Oversee employee onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless integration that enhances employee engagement and retention from day one.
- Design and execute training and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career progression within the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, showcasing a blend of strategic and operational expertise.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD to validate knowledge and commitment to the field.
- Experience in a fast-paced industry, ideally in technology, healthcare, or finance, demonstrating adaptability to dynamic environments.
