Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic accounting tasks (quotation, invoicing, and book keeping)
  • Follow up on airfreight shipments and coordinate with relevant parties.
  • Maintain organized documentation related to shipments and operations.
  • Provide administrative support to management.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in airfreight or logistics operations is a plus.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Good communication and follow-up abilities
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
