Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic accounting tasks (quotation, invoicing, and book keeping)
- Follow up on airfreight shipments and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Maintain organized documentation related to shipments and operations.
- Provide administrative support to management.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in airfreight or logistics operations is a plus.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Good communication and follow-up abilities
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
