Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure complete monitoring of the recruitment process, from maintaining the database to organizing physical interviews, through the pre-selection of candidates and management of the calendar, with the aim of landing at least 5 candidates per day.
- Ensure administrative management of personnel, by preparing employment contracts, scanning and archiving employees' administrative files, preparing declaration and reduction files, ensuring monitoring of timekeeping and timesheets, as well as monitoring leave balances.
- Ensure the management of internal and external communications, ensure the organization of invoices and archives, supervise the maintenance agent, ensure the monitoring and maintenance of the cash register, and prepare various administrative documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Organizational skills and efficient task management.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- My computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Previous experience in human resources or administration.
- Knowledge of human resources (HR) management software.

- Experience in using online communication tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
