Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive General Trading Administrator to manage day-to-day operations, e-commerce platforms, and basic digital marketing activities. The role combines administration, online sales support, and content creation.
Handle quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners
Manage inventory, sales records, and documentation
Manage Amazon and Noon seller accounts (listings, pricing, orders)
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Create flyers, static posts, and basic marketing designs
Assist in creating reels and short video content
Respond to online customer inquiries
Support imports/exports documentation and customs processes
Follow up on orders, payments, and deliveries
Provide general administrative support to sales and procurement teams
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ years experience in admin or general trading/e-commerce
Experience with Amazon & Noon platforms preferred
Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools
Familiar with social media management
Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
