Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Administrative Support Officer will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR and Legal departments, as well as supporting general office functions. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to HR including filing, document preparation, onboarding support, and data entry.
- Assist the Legal Department with document formatting, filing legal correspondence, tracking contracts, and managing confidential records.
- Manage general office administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordination, and communication.
- Prepare letters, reports, internal memos, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Track document expiry dates (contracts, visas, Iqama, insurance, etc.) and update the master database.
- Assist with travel arrangements, office supplies, and logistics.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication with internal departments.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 4 years of administrative experience. Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus). Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle confidential documents and sensitive information. Experience supporting HR or Legal teams is an added advantage.
