Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the office environment, ensuring it's always organized, efficient, and reflects a professional image, handling all aspects of office upkeep, including vendor management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, skillfully managing calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements.
- Oversee the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, negotiating with vendors to secure the best prices and maintain sufficient inventory levels.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
Exhibits a strong preference for Emirati nationality, reflecting a commitment to local culture and values.
