Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage office operations, ensuring that administrative procedures run smoothly and efficiently to support team performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, fostering positive relationships and ensuring clear information flow.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, implementing efficient filing systems to enhance data retrieval and compliance with organizational policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking, providing detailed reports that support financial decision-making and resource allocation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, providing a solid foundation in organizational management principles.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software, enabling efficient workflow and task tracking.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
