Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead CRM system configuration, customization, and maintenance to align with evolving business requirements.
- Administer user access, roles, and security settings within the CRM, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and deliver CRM training programs to end-users, fostering system proficiency and adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, providing timely and effective technical support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM administration, preferably with Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in CRM configuration, customization, and report generation.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
