Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Admission Specialist, you ll help students through every step of the application process from documentation and application submission to visa coordination and arrival support. You ll also communicate with universities, embassies, and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students through applications, interview prep, visa steps, and arrival
- Submit and track university applications and exemptions
- Communicate with universities, embassies, and ministries as needed
- Handle 20 60 WhatsApp messages and 20 150 emails per day
- Use tools like Google Drive, Oscar, and CRM to maintain organized records
- Coordinate tasks across departments (Sales, Legal, Support, Marketing)
- Assist with webinars, case studies, student feedback, and training new hires
What We re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in admissions, admin, or student support
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
- Comfortable using Google Drive, CRM systems, Trello, and 3CX
