Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead advertising sales for elevator screens and digital media assets.

  • Develop and manage key clients in retail, education, healthcare, and FMCG sectors.
  • Own the full sales cycle: pitching, proposal, negotiation, contracting, and collection.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Track market trends and optimize sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with property management companies and building owners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the installation of screens in target locations.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the brand s expansion and visibility within the market.

Desired Candidate Profile

Who We re Looking For:

  • Chinese speaker (male/female welcome).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the UAE market.
  • Background in DOOH, digital, social, or integrated marketing preferred.
  • Strong leadership, execution, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated.
