Adviser Support Executive

We are looking for an experienced Adviser Support Executive to join our UAE team. This is a role for someone who understands the pace and precision required in a high-performing advisory environment. You ll work closely with advisers who focus on savings, investment planning, retirement, and insurance across a diverse international client base.

What You ll Be Doing

• Processing applications for pensions, regular and lump-sum savings, and insurance cases

• Managing and actively chasing the new business pipeline to ensure efficient completion

• Liaising with providers, trustees, and pension schemes

• Handling policy servicing including valuations, withdrawals, assignments, letters of authority, and transfers of agency

• Communicating with clients and advisers via email, phone, and written correspondence

• Updating Plume, Salesforce, and other internal systems to maintain accurate and compliant records

• Managing incoming provider correspondence and maintaining organised workflow

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years experience in financial services, ideally adviser support or in a financial planning environment

• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

• Clear and polished written and verbal communication

• Professionalism when dealing with clients and senior stakeholders

• Confident using technology and keen to learn new systems
